SHIPPING POLICY

We package with care to help ensure you receive your newly purchased photography goodness in great condition. See below for shipping details:
 
Where do you ship?

We only ship with the continental United States.
 
What are your shipping services and rates?

For physical merchandise, we use multiple shipping companies including USPS, UPS and Fedex. Rates vary by size and weight of the package as well as your shipping address.
 
Do you ship same day?

Web orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ship no earlier than than the subsequent Monday. 
 
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do! We use USPS for deliveries to PO Boxes.
 
Do you ship weekends?

We do not ship weekends.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the shipping service and where your shipping address is located. USPS orders typically require 4-9 business days for delivery. UPS and Fedex orders can take up 7 business days depending on your shipping address location.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is here to make things quick and easy for you, and you can expect us to be polite and efficient. With few restrictions and a quick turnaround, we'll have you taken care of in no time.

Returns for physical merchandise and prints must be made within Thirty (30) Days of receiving your package. Items must be returned with original packaging and in Like New condition. Simply follow the return instructions found with the item you purchased.

 

Returns for Workshops, Classes and other educational services vary by the specific class or service, with varying cancellation and refund policies are on a case-by-case basis.
